HOW TO USE

Press the '+' button on the remote control to start vibration. Adjust the desired vibration level with the '+/-' buttons on the remote control. The vibration will last as long as the included batteries allow before they run out. To stop vibration, press the on/off button on the remote control again. Clean the massager after each use (see cleaning instructions).
